Most frequent questions and answers

Transcripts are sent out by the Hamline University Registrar Office.

Transcripts can be requested by following this link.

Electronic transcripts: There is a $5.50 fee per electronic transcript. Requests are usually processed within 24 to 48 hours and confirmation emails are sent by noreply@parchment.com.

Paper transcripts: There is no fee for regular paper transcripts. Allow two business days for requests to be processed. We cannot estimate delivery time for paper transcripts.

Rush paper transcripts (same-day, in-person request): There is a $15 fee per rush transcript, cash or check only. This service is only available in the Student Administrative Services office in East Hall 113 during business hours.

Log in to the alumni directory. From there you can update your contact information, including:

  • e-mail address
  • mailing address
  • employment changes
  • how you want to receive news from Hamline University
  • alumni directory privacy settings
  • and more
 
You do not need your Hamline ID or a password to log in to the alumni directory. Once you have submitted your email address, you will receive a code that will grant you access. If you do not receive a code, please email alum@hamline.edu.

By logging into the alumni directory you will have access to communication subscriptions from Hamline University.
