Our regional alumni clubs offer unique experiences that highlight the far-reaching influence of Ithaca College—more than 70,000 alumni strong. You’re automatically part of this extraordinary network, and diverse skills are needed to craft the programming in places that alumni call home all over the globe.
At Ithaca College, we believe in the power of potential. The Future IC Student Nomination Program is designed to help us recognize high school students who are more than just high achievers—they are thinkers, creators, explorers, and leaders with the drive to make a difference.
Help us discover the next generation of changemakers! By nominating a student, you could unlock a life-changing college journey for them at Ithaca College. Every nominated student receives a free application waiver, along with personalized outreach, exclusive event invitations, early engagement opportunities, and tailored admissions support—all designed to help them thrive.

The board of directors is a group of more than 20 members who meet twice a year on campus to provide support, perspective, and advice to the Alumni Engagement team. In partnership with IC staff, they serve as ambassadors and advocates for IC, working to engage alumni with each other and with our alma mater.
Qualifications include: background, knowledge, and experience necessary to make a meaningful contribution to the board’s activities; the ability to commit the time necessary to make a meaningful contribution; a demonstrated record of involvement in alumni activities and College events; and a record of giving to Ithaca College. Only alumni who are not currently employed by the college are eligible for consideration.
Applications to join are reviewed on an annual basis by the Membership Committee.
Our mentor connect module is in the works! In the coming year, students enrolled in their third or higher year at IC will be welcomed into the online community. Alumni interested in providing career and life guidance to these students—and each other—will have the option to sign up and join the ranks of the new mentorship cohort!
