CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that your travelers need to cancel a confirmed reservation, they must call the hotel directly at (808) 892-1863. Failure to cancel a guaranteed reservation by 12:00pm the day of arrival will result in a charge of the room and tax for the first night and the remaining scheduled nights will automatically be cancelled.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Individual reservations must be cancelled no later than 24 hours prior to arrival (local hotel time) to avoid any cancellation charges. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in a charge of one (1) night of room and tax. A No-Show reservation will also result in a charge of one (1) night of room and tax. The aforementioned fees will be billed to the guaranteed method of payment. Please advise your travelers to notify the Front Desk upon check-in of any changes to their reservation.
