The Loma Linda School of Medicine (LLUSM) has a long history of providing physicians with high-quality continuing medical education activities and has been accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) since 1970.

Accreditation in the ACCME system seeks to assure the medical community and the public that LLUSM delivers education that is relevant to clinicians’ needs, evidence-based, evaluated for its effectiveness, and independent of commercial influence.

“Reaccreditation by the ACCME is a significant blessing and accomplishment for Loma Linda University School of Medicine. We thank everyone who was involved in the reaccreditation process. This would not have been possible without everyone’s support,” said Laren Tan, MD, assistant dean for continuing medical education.

LLUSM offers innovative solutions for CME. The Office of CME has transitioned to a new online CME learning management system called eeds (Electronic Education Documentation System) to streamline processes for course materials, events, evaluations, and certificates at lluhcme.eeds.com.
