Loma Linda University School of Medicine has introduced a new faculty development series titled “Leading the Workforce of the Future,” aimed at equipping physicians with the leadership skills necessary to navigate today’s evolving health care landscape. Led by the advisory board in collaboration with the School of Medicine and Faculty Medical Group, this initiative supports the University’s commitment to developing physician leaders who can effectively guide teams, mentor colleagues, and adapt to the increasingly complex medical environment.

The series includes specialized sessions for general faculty, department chairs, and women in medicine, providing development and support to meet the diverse needs of the university’s faculty.
