Daniel Reichert ’88, recently edited “Lifestyle Medicine and the Primary Care Provider: A Practical Guide to Enabling Whole Person Care,” with contributions from Ronald Stout ’86, Brenda Rae ’11, DrPH, Mary Dubisz ’88, and Mai-Linh Tran ’15. This volume offers family physicians and primary care providers a roadmap to enabling lasting health improvements for their patients through whole person, behavior-based care.
