Calvin Chuang, MBA, MSML on behalf of the board of directors, was presented with a plaque in appreciation of his ten years of supportive service as Alumni Association, School of Medicine of Loma Linda University executive director.

Chuang has been crucial to the functioning of the Alumni Association, serving 12 plus years with 10 years as executive director.

Joseph M. Verska ’87, finance chair, and Harold Del Schutte ’84, fundraising chair, eagerly point out Chuang’s stewardship and growth of our investments, shepherding the Holding Fund to over $11 million under his watch.

Calvin oversees the daily operations of the Alumni Association, which includes attending and carrying out the decisions by the board of directors, executive committee, and multiple other councils of the organization.
