ORs Golf Team Outshines Rivals
The Old Rats Golf Team clinched a remarkable victory at the Annual Centenary Salver golf event, hosted at Luffenham Heath Golf Course on Friday, May 3rd. Outshining six competing Alumni teams, the Old Ratcliffians amassed an impressive total of 90 points. Their triumph not only surpassed the local independent school rivals, the Oakhamians, who entered two teams, and the Stamfordians but probably set an international record as well.
Among the participants were teams representing Loughburians, Oundelians, and Uppinghamians.
Congratulations to the Old Ratcliffians stellar performance. Team players included Abe Mee (92), team Captain Keith Edgar (03), Lee Buckby (97), Justin Hunt (08), Mir Patel (14), and Sean Kelly (81).
